Terms and Conditions
The Bedrooms are available from 14:30 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00a.m. on the day of departure unless specific alternative arrangements have been made.
Accommodation:
Where one person book multiple rooms with a deposit, it is the responsibility of that person to pay all the charges resulting in cancellation or non-arrival of guests. We regret we cannot allocate all the deposit to one room.
We reserve the right to charge full room tariff if we were not able to re-sell the room due to any of the following:
- Smoking in non-smoking room
- Breakages inside the room.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy:
- A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per room is required to confirm the booking.
- 100% fee to cancel within 48 hours
- 50% fee to cancel within 7 days
- All deposits and cancellation fee is non- refundable unless the room can be re–let.
NOTE:
- Children age 3 to 5 yrs old sleeps with parents room, "Free"; but using the bed £12.00
- Children age 6 to 12 yrs old sleeps with parents room £15.00 each
- Children age 13 to 15 yrs old sleeps with parents room £20.00 each
- Room rates are subject to change upon negotiations.
